Matthew Page-Shelton, LMHC, is a forward-thinking leader, innovator, and entrepreneur. Matthew is a licensed mental health counselor and holds his master’s degree in psychology from Cambridge College and a master’s in fine arts from California Institute of the Arts. Matthew has served in leadership roles for over two decades, working in human services and mental health for most of that time. His creative arts background in design provides a keen eye for innovation and programmatic design that meets the individual needs of our clients. Matthew holds a practice specialty in holistic counseling and criminal justice clinical counseling. Matthew serves on several local boards, committees, and councils, and has presented at over a dozen national conferences on his work with Front Line. Matthew is a successful grant writer who has secured over $2 million in grant funds to date. Matthew is a proud LGBTQ+ business owner.
Co-Founder: Joseph Page-Shelton, M.Ed.

Joseph Page-Shelton, M.Ed. is a dedicated and caring professional. He is a practicing, experienced Therapist and holds a degree in Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Trauma, from Cambridge College. Joseph also has a background in Education and has worked with youth from preschool age to high school seniors in public and private school settings. He has extensive therapeutic experience working with CBHI clients (ages 2-21) and their families in individual and family therapy. These clients have included those with behavioral needs (as an IHBS Therapist), intensive at home therapy (as an In-Home Behavioral Therapist), and with clients in various populations (as an Outpatient Therapist). Joseph is a proud LGBTQ+ business owner.
