YOU HAVE A PARTNER
Front Line Services provides first responders access to our co-responder, crisis intervention training (CIT) team and other co-deployed clinical support programs to meet the diverse needs of your department and community. Co-deployed services focus on highly acute behavioral health and substance misuse cases that need clinical evaluation and de-escalation before moving the person along in their path to recovery. Front Line co-deployed programs are focused on minimizing arrests, minimizing use of force and unnecessary emergency room visits while protecting first responder safety. When coupled with our community direct care services, this provides a robust wraparound service that offers crisis and post-crisis support. A unique support offered at Front Line is access to our after-hours clinical support line for first responders who need clinical assistance after operational hours. This service provides a direct connection to a trained clinician, who can help direct next steps. Let us partner with your department to serve the community alongside you while protecting the safety of those who serve.
